How it works:
FlexRiders can travel to/from anywhere in the Neighborhood Zone to/from anywhere in the Employment Zone with one low fare. That ride is free if you are riding between Employment Zones and designated Transit Hubs.

Payment Methods
You can pay by adding a credit or debit card to your account. Cash customers can use a prepaid debit card or purchase vouchers at one of these locations:
1. MCTS System Administrative Building
Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
2. MCTS System Fond Du Lac Station
Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days per week
3. MCTS System Kinnickinnic Station
Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days per week
Service Hours
24 hours/day, starting each week at 10:00 pm Sunday through 2:00 am Saturday.
Accessibility
Wheelchair accessible vehicle available upon request.

Face masks required
Everyone on board is required to wear a face mask or face covering. Passengers not wearing a face mask may be refused service.
Regular vehicle cleaning
Vehicles are being professionally sanitized in-between each ride and cleaned at the beginning and end of each day.
Wellness checks
In-app wellness checks help make sure passengers and drivers are symptom-free and ready to ride before they get going. Please stay home if you have either been diagnosed with COVID-19, think you’re exhibiting symptoms, or have been in contact with someone who has recently tested positive.
